CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ONLINE SHOP ORDERS
If you are placing an order from our online store, please choose carefully!
Please note that if you do need to cancel an online order after order placement then a 25% administration fee will be deducted from your total order cost.
If work has commenced or has finished for your order then this will be subject to our discretion/options available.
If the order cannot be sold on to another client then full amount of your order will be lost and will need to be collected.
Please note that any design/size changes requested will be subject to availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR NON ONLINE SHOP ORDERS
For all custom cakes booked in via invoice; any and all cancellations will result in the loss of your non-refundable deposit.
All cancellations and changes must be in writing. If work has commenced/has finished for your order then this will be subject to discretion/options available.
If the order cannot be sold on to another client then full amount of your order will be lost.
Date changes will need to be notified in writing, and the new date is subject to availability but is generally not an issue.
